The fully developed Airport Industrial Park, with reasonable land costs, is attracting the attention of manufacturers wishing to establish a southwestern plant as well as attracting workers who desire the sunbelt lifestyle.

Kingman is the County seat of Mohave county and serves a local population of 33,000+ with a market area of over 125,000. With excellent outdoor resources -- 1,000 miles of freshwater shoreline, the 7,000 foot Haualapai Mountains, many surrounding wilderness areas, rugged desert mountains, historic mining camps, hunting, fishing, and hiking -- the outdoor buff has choices galore! Kingman's elevation, at 3,336 ft., provides an ideal southwestern climate -- neither too hot or too cold!

The pollen counts in our dry climate are generally  low to none, to add to its healthy attributes. Kingman supports several elementary schools, two middle schools, a high school, a K-12 charter school,  a local community college and university sattelite campus.
